Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases on VetForge are for digital goods and services that are delivered immediately upon payment. Because the claim pack documents are generated and made available to you instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

2. What Your Payment Covers

The one-time $19 payment (or the price shown at checkout) unlocks full document previews and PDF export for your complete claim pack. This includes all documents generated from your intake conversation — personal statements, buddy letter templates, nexus letter templates, evidence checklists, and rating guides.

3. No Refunds for Generated Documents

Because documents are generated and delivered digitally and immediately, we are unable to issue refunds once your claim pack has been unlocked and made available to you, except as described in Section 4 below.

This policy exists because, unlike physical goods, digital documents cannot be "returned" once accessed.

4. Goodwill Exceptions

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in situations such as:

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4, contact us at support@vetforge.io within 7 days of your purchase. Include your account email address and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
