1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VetForge ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
VetForge is a self-help document automation platform that assists U.S. military veterans in drafting VA disability claim documents — including personal statements, buddy letter templates, nexus letter templates, evidence checklists, and rating guides — based on information the user provides through an AI-guided conversation.
VetForge does not:
- Provide legal advice or legal representation
- Act as an accredited VA claims agent or attorney
- File claims with the VA on your behalf
- Guarantee any claim outcome, rating, or appeal result
- Represent you before the VA or any government body
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VetForge. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. VetForge is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
6. Payments and Billing
Using VetForge to start an intake and preview your claim pack is free. Full document access and PDF export require a one-time payment of $19 (or the price displayed at checkout). Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated document templates — is owned by or licensed to VetForge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Documents generated based on your personal information and intake responses are yours to use, modify, and submit as your own. VetForge retains no ownership over the content of your personalized documents.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VETFORGE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VETFORGE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VetForge and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate information.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
